【摘要】 目的 探讨米非司酮配伍甲氨喋呤用于紧急避孕的效果及副作用。方法 接纳合格妇女403例,随机分为两组,在无保护性性生活后5日内口服米非司酮25mg者200例为对照组;口服米非司酮25mg+甲氨喋呤5mg者203例为观察组。比较两组的避孕效果、副作用及月经变化。结果 观察组,预期妊娠数21.206,实际妊娠数为0,避孕有效率为100％,明显高于对照组的66.77％,特别是在无保护性性生活72小时后服药者,对照组仅为38.35％。副作用均较轻,对月经周期的影响不超过20％,两组无差异。结论 米非司酮配伍甲氨喋呤用于紧急避孕是非常安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and side effect of mifepristone and MTX as an emergency contraception. Methods 403 women were devided into two groups randomly. Within 5 days after unprotected intercourse, 200 cases of the control group were given mifepristone with a single dose of 25mg. 203 eases of the observation group were given mifepristone 25mg and MTX 5mg. Compare the effect,side effect and menstruation of the two groups. Results In the observation gronp, the expected pregnancies were 21. 206, while no pregnancies really occurred. The effective rate of contraception was 100% , it was obviously higher than 66. 77% of the control group, especially 72 hours after unprotected intercourse. The control group was only 38. 35% . The side effect was small, the influere on menstrual cycle was not under 20% , there was no difference between the two groups. Conclusion Mifepristone and MTX for energency contraception is a vevy safe and effective method.更多还原
