【摘要】 目的 观察双“V”形胫骨高位截骨治疗内翻型膝关节骨关节炎的治疗。方法 对所有患者术前行X线等检查评估,测量下肢立位力线,确定截骨矫正角度,采用双“V”形胫骨高位截骨,外用石膏固定矫正维持下肢力线术,随访结果参考窦宝信标准进行评定。结果 86％疗效优良,矫正的胫股角为165～170°。结论采用双“V”形胫骨高位截骨外加石膏固定治疗内翻型膝关节骨关节炎。手术创伤小,矫正角度易掌握,矫正确切、截骨部位愈合好,是治疗内翻型膝关节骨关节炎的较为理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of bi - V shape tibial perch osteotomy to cure baker kneed joint ostcoarthritis. Methods Examine and evaluate all the sufferers by X - ray device before operation and measure the force - line of lower limbs when standing, decide the cutting and correcting angle, operate on the patients by bi - V shape tibial perch osteotomy, then fix and correct the force-line of lower limbs by externally using plasterboard. Results According to the standard of Du Baoxin, 86% of the patients had a good effect and the angle of shinebone was 165 - 170 °. Conclusion By the bi - V shape tibial perch osteotomy and the external plas-terboard fixing, the operation has a small cut, it is easy to control the remedial angle, the cut cicatrizes well, the inelluxl is a ideal way to cure baker-knee joint osteoartbntis.更多还原
