【摘要】 目的 了解乳腺癌病人中 IL-2水平在诊断与发展、预后的意义。方法 对 38例乳腺癌患者手术前后检测血清中 IL-2的含量利用 SN-682B型全自动 R计数仪进行计数。结果 乳腺癌患者术前含量与正常人比较含量降低,并存在显著性差异(P<O.01)且在手术后2周与正常人比较仍有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 乳腺癌病人中IL-2水平含量降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the diagnostic .developed and prognostic value of the standard of the breast cancer patients’ IL -2. Methods 38 breast cancer patients and 45 health people were counted their IL - 2 standard in SN - 682B type automatic R counter. Results IL- 2 standard of the breast cancer patients before operation campared with health people was reduce, and there were significant difference(P<0.01) ,so two weeks after operation .Conclusion IL-2 standard reduced in the breast cancer patients.更多还原
