【摘要】 目的 :观察脂调康胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床有效性和安全性。方法 :治疗组 1 2 4例服脂调康胶囊 ,对照组 62例服脂必妥片 ,采用随机、单盲、阳性药平行对照方法观察两组临床疗效及其血脂高胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)、 (总胆固醇 -高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ) /高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 [(TC—HDL -C) /HDL -C]、载脂蛋白 (apoA -I、apoB10 0 )、apoA -Ⅰ /apoB10 0 等的变化。结果 :脂调康胶囊可明显改善高脂血症患者临床症状 ,降低TC、TG、LDL、 (TC—HDL -C) /HDL -C、apoB10 0 ,升高HDL -C、apoA -Ⅰ、apoA -Ⅰ /apoB10 0 ,在调节TG、HDL -C、apoB1 0 0、apoA -Ⅰ /apoB10 0 方面优于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1 )。治疗组控显率、总有效率均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,且临床未发现不良反应。结论 :脂调康胶囊有明显的降血脂作用 ,改善临床症状明显 ,且无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to observe clinical effectiveness and safety of Zhitiaokang on hyperlipemia. Methods: 124 cases of treatment group took Zhitiaokang capsules, 62 cases Zhibituo tablets. By random, single blind, and positive medicine parallel comparison, such changes were observed as TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, (TC - HDL-C)/HDL-C, apoA-I, apoB 100 , apoA-I/ apoB 100 , etc, as well as the clinical effectiveness. Results: Zhitiaokang Capsule could significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with hyperlipemia, decrease TC, TG, LDL, (TC - HDL-C)/HDL-C, apoB 100 , increase HDL-C, apoA-I, apoA-I/ apoB 100 ,superior to control group in adjusting TG, HDL-C, apoB 100 , apoA-I/ apoB 100 (p<0 01). Control rate and total effective rate of treatment group were higher than those of control group, and there was no clinical adverse reaction. Conclusion: Zhitiaokang Capsule can lower blood-lipid, improve clinical symptoms and has no toxic action.更多还原
