【摘要】 目的 :观察咳喘宁胶囊对慢性支气管炎迁延期患者血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)的影响。方法 :治疗组 6 4例 ,口服咳喘宁胶囊 ,对照组 4 4例 ,用桂龙咳喘宁胶囊治疗。治疗前及疗程结束后用放射免疫法测定各组血清TNF。结果 :两组药物均能显著降低慢支患者血清TNF水平 (P <0 0 1) ,咳喘宁胶囊组明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :咳喘宁胶囊可有效调节患者血清TNF水平 ,对慢支产生良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 to observe the effect of Kechuan Ning capsule on serum TNF of patients with chronic bronchitis at protraction stage. Methods: sixty-four cases of treatment group took Kechuan Ning capsules orally, and forty-four cases of control group took Kuilong Kechuan Ning capsules. Serum TNF were assayed by means of radio-immunity before and after the treatment. Results: both capsules could significantly decrease the serum TNF of patients with chronic bronchitis ( P <0 01) with Kechuan Ning group superior to the control group ( P <0 05). Conclusion: Kechuan Ning capsule can regulate serum TNF of patients and has a good curative effect on chronic bronchitis.更多还原
