【Abstract】 Advancing with the age and realizing the creativity in leading patterns and leading methods are objective demands to realize the new age’s struggling goals, are important contents when reinforcing construction of Chinese Communist Party. The second and third generation of central leader collective have made very important contribution to them, bringing forth new ideas from various aspects. Understood from main contents, they are particularly embodied on the three-level creativity: the three representation theory is creative on the level of guiding principle, leading being just serving is creative on the level of goal, and enhancing the level and capability of being in power is creative on the essential level.更多还原
