【摘要】 目的　分析颅脑损伤患者CRP变化与疾病严重程度及预后的相关性。方法　各组CRP值均有升高 ,病情加重及预后恶化者其值升高幅度更加明显 ,持续时间更长。结果　测定不同严重程度、预后组的CRP连续变化水平并进行比较分析。各组CRP值均有升高 ,病情加重及预后恶化者其值升高幅度更加明显 ,持续时间更长。结论　通过对CRP的动态观察可及时判断颅脑损伤患者的严重程度及预后 ,从而指导临床更好地进行诊治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationships between the change of CRP of patients with brain injury and severity and prognosis of traumatic brain injury.Methods Dynamic changes of CRP were surveyed and analyzed in patients with traumatic brain injury whose severity and prognosis were different. Results CRP levels in each group increased. The increased range of CPR was higher and the time of duration was longer in patients with worsen condition and malignant prognosis. Conclusion The severity and prognosis in patients with traumatic brain injury could be judged in time through the observation of CRP dynamic changes, and clinical diagnosis and treatment could be better directed.更多还原
