【摘要】 目的　探讨炎性细胞因子IL 6、IL 8在 2型糖尿病发病机制中的意义。方法　用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测 2 7例 2型糖尿病患者及 2 3例正常人血清IL 6、IL 8浓度。结果　 2型糖尿病患者血清IL 6、IL 8水平均明显高于正常人 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　患者体内高水平的IL 6、IL 8可能参与糖尿病的免疫病理损伤 ,两者相互作用 ,促进 2型糖尿病进展更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of IL\|6, IL\|8 in pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods The serum levels of IL\|6 and IL\|8 were measured by ELISA in 27 patients with type 2 DM and 23 normal controls(NC). Results The serum levels of IL\|6 and IL\|8 in DM were much higher than those in NC (\$P\$<0.01). Conclusion High levels of IL\|6 and IL\|8 may be involved in the immunopathologic injury of type 2 DM, and the interaction of these two cytokines promotes the progress of type 2 DM.更多还原
