【摘要】 目的:探讨经皮穴位脉冲电流刺激对慢性乙肝患者肝血流量的影响。方法:利用图象处理系统对51例慢性乙肝患者脉冲电流刺激前后彩色多普勒能量图图象进行单盲量化处理[采用肝脏血流的彩色象素总面积(SCPA)、平均彩色亮度值(ACA)和二者的积分(SCPA~* ACV)三项量化指标],对所得数据进行自身前后配对统计分析。结果:SCPA个体间脉冲刺激前后差值的差异稍大,脉冲刺激后数值增大的占多数,P<0.01;ACV个体间脉冲刺激前后差值的差异较大,脉冲刺激后数值均数略低,P<0.05;综合两者因素的(SCPA~* ACV)积分值刺激后明显增大,P<0.01。结论:适当的经皮穴位脉冲电流刺激可以改善慢性乙肝患者肝脏血流供应情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of transcutaneous electric pulse stimulation on hepatic blood flow and parenchymal microcirculation in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B. Methods: The photos of color Doppler energy (CDE) before and after transcutaneous electric pulse stimulation on local points nearby liver were gained from 51 cases of chronic viral hepatitis B. Sum of color pixel area(SCPA), average of color value(ACV) and SCPA ACV of the photos were got by photo processing system with single blind,and were analysed in before and after by paired t-test. Results: After the stimulation, SCPA and SCPA * ACV significantly increased (p<0.01), but ACV decreased lightly in most of the cases (p<0.05). Conclusion: These facts suggested that the stimulation would improve hepatic blood flow and parenchymal mierocirculation in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.更多还原
