【摘要】 目的 :观察青光眼Ⅱ号方对青光眼术后结膜滤过泡的影响。方法 :选择 5 0例 85只原发性青光眼患者 ,随机分为两组 ,两组均采用规范统一的小梁切除术 ,治疗组术后口服青光眼Ⅱ号方 ,对照组以丝裂霉素C ,比较两组对结膜滤过泡及视力、眼压等的影响。结果 :两组都有抗斑痕及降压、提高视力等作用 ,但治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :青光眼Ⅱ号方对青光眼术后结膜无功能滤过泡形成有明显的抑制作用 ,且无任何毒副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study on effects of Qingguangyan Ⅱ on blebs after glaucoma filtering operation. Methods: 50 patients of the after glaucoma filtering operation were divided randomly into 2 groups, the control group were treated by mitomycin C, the experimental group were treated by Qingguangyan Ⅱ. Comparison between two groups with changes of blebs, view, etc. Results: Both two groups have effects of resisting cicatrice, lowering intraocular pressure, improving view. The effects of experimental group excel in that of control group ( P <0.01、 P <0.05). Conclusion: Qingguangyan Ⅱ have effects of inhibiting blebs formed after glaucoma filtering surgery observably.更多还原
