De-link工艺在二次硫化鞋胶料中的应用研究
Application of De-link Technology in Bi-vulcanized Shoes Compound
【摘要】 本文采用De-link工艺对二次硫化鞋生产过程中的废胶边进行了再生研究。结果表明,De-link工艺对二次硫化鞋生产过程中的废胶边的再生效果好,再生胶料的物理性能可达到原胶料性能的65%以上。采用De-link工艺处理的二次硫化鞋胶边De-Vulc胶与原二次硫化鞋混炼胶可按重量20:100比例掺用,其胶料的物理性能仍可满足产品性能要求。
【Abstract】 Reclaiming of rubber border of bivulcanized shoes production by Delink technology was studied.The result indicated that Delink technology using in reclaiming of bivulcanized shoes border was effective and the physical properties of reclaimed compound to original compound was more than 65%.DeVulc the reclaimed rubber border of bivulcanized shoes and original compound could be blended with the weighty rate was 20:100 and its physical properties may achieve technical standard.
