【摘要】 本文采用De-link工艺对二次硫化鞋生产过程中的废胶边进行了再生研究。结果表明,De-link工艺对二次硫化鞋生产过程中的废胶边的再生效果好,再生胶料的物理性能可达到原胶料性能的65%以上。采用De-link工艺处理的二次硫化鞋胶边De-Vulc胶与原二次硫化鞋混炼胶可按重量20:100比例掺用,其胶料的物理性能仍可满足产品性能要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reclaiming of rubber border of bivulcanized shoes production by Delink technology was studied.The result indicated that Delink technology using in reclaiming of bivulcanized shoes border was effective and the physical properties of reclaimed compound to original compound was more than 65%.DeVulc the reclaimed rubber border of bivulcanized shoes and original compound could be blended with the weighty rate was 20:100 and its physical properties may achieve technical standard.更多还原
