【Abstract】 The ORF of The chitinase gene of Heliothis armigera Multinucleocapsid nucleopolyhedrovirus VHA273 isolate is 1713 nucleotides long encoding a protein of 570 amino acids with a molecular mass of 60 kDa.Sequences analysis on amino acids indicate that there are high homology between baculovirus and prokaryotic especially bacterium chitinases .It is supposed that Baculovirus and bacterium have more closely evolutional relations. Perhaps baculoviral chitinase has same ancestors with bacterium’s chitinase.更多还原
