【摘要】 采用取代磺酰氯与α-羟基膦酸酯的缩合反应,在取代苯磺酰氧基烃基膦酸酯α位的亚甲基上引入具有较大体积的取代苯基,合成了9个未见文献报道的化合物,其结构用IR、1HNMR和MS进行了表征.探讨了合成此类化合物的反应条件.初步生测实验表明,所合成的目标化合物均表现出一定的除草活性,进一步的生物活性筛选正在进行.更多还原

【Abstract】 Substituted phenyl groups with big volume was introduced to the position of αmethene of substituted phenylsulfonyloxophosphonate by the condensation reaction of substituted phenylsulfonyl chloride and αhydroxyphosphonate in order to research the effect of the substituted groups of αcarbon to the biological activities of the compounds. Nine unreported compounds were synthesized and identified by 1H NMR,MS and IR. The synthetic method to new compounds was discussed. Preliminary bioassay indicates that some compounds display fungicidal activity to some extent. Further bioassay is on the way.更多还原
