取代苯磺酰氧基膦酸酯的合成
Synthesis of substituted phenylsulfonyloxophosphonate
【摘要】 采用取代磺酰氯与α-羟基膦酸酯的缩合反应,在取代苯磺酰氧基烃基膦酸酯α位的亚甲基上引入具有较大体积的取代苯基,合成了9个未见文献报道的化合物,其结构用IR、1HNMR和MS进行了表征.探讨了合成此类化合物的反应条件.初步生测实验表明,所合成的目标化合物均表现出一定的除草活性,进一步的生物活性筛选正在进行.
【Abstract】 Substituted phenyl groups with big volume was introduced to the position of αmethene of substituted phenylsulfonyloxophosphonate by the condensation reaction of substituted phenylsulfonyl chloride and αhydroxyphosphonate in order to research the effect of the substituted groups of αcarbon to the biological activities of the compounds. Nine unreported compounds were synthesized and identified by 1H NMR,MS and IR. The synthetic method to new compounds was discussed. Preliminary bioassay indicates that some compounds display fungicidal activity to some extent. Further bioassay is on the way.
