硫代磷酰肼席夫碱及其金属配合物的合成与生物活性
Synthesis,characterization and biological activities of the Schiff base of phosphorohydrazonothionate with 5-Br-salicylaldehyde and its metal complexes
【摘要】 合成了O,O’-二乙基硫代磷酰肼5-溴水杨醛席夫碱及其Cu( ),Co( ),Zn( )配合物,所合成的席夫碱配体及配合物均未见文献报道.用元素分析,UV,IR对所有的新化合物进行了表征,对席夫碱配体还进行了MS和1HNMR等结构表征.测定了化合物杀灭棉铃虫的活性及对水稻幼苗SOD活力的影响.
【Abstract】 The Schiff base of O,O’diethylphosphorohydrazonohionate with 5Brsalicylaldehyde and its Cu(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ) complexes have been synthesized. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV/vis, and molar eletroconductivity measurement. And the Schiff base ligand has been characterized by 1H NMR and MS. The insecticidal activities to bollwarm and the actions on cell surival rate in rice sprouts of the compounds have been determined.
