【Abstract】 Developing the internetbased education is an available way for the advanced education under current situation by modern network and multimedia techniques. It is also an important action to expand the network application areas. This paper studied the development modes of internetbased CAI and software design methods. It also discussed the issues on software architecture and implementation of a practical system named Database Theory CAI in details.
