【Abstract】 Formalin killed cells of Vibrio harveyi were prepared with three strains:Y624, Y809 and Y106, which represented different serotypes. The difference of the antigenicity among the bacterins prepared with these three strains was investigated by monitoring of agglutinating antibody titer. High agglutinating antibody titer was detecled againsl immunized antigen, but low cross-agglutinating anti-body liter was found. Challenge test with live pathogenic bacteria resulted in high survival percent a-gainst the corresponding one but low percent to the other two strains.
