核型多角体病毒对棉铃虫酯酶和酚氧化酶活性的影响
The Effect of NPV on Esterase and Phenoloxidase Activities from Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) Hemolymph
【摘要】 对感染核型多角体病毒(nuclear polyhedrosis,NPV)的棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera(Hubner)幼虫血淋巴进行了酯酶和酚氧化酶电泳分析。结果表明:2种酶带在感染12 h后其活力发生了明显变化;酯酶酶带2 d后发生位移,酚氧化酶酶带5 d发生位移,且各自建立新的酶系统。酚氧化酶比活力分析结果表明:感染NPV后,1 d达到最高点,2~3 d处于最低点,4 d后回升。
【Abstract】 This paper reported the electrophoresie assay of esterase and phenoloxidase activity in Helicoverpa armigera (Hubner) hemolymph which was infected with nuclear polyhedrosis virus (NPV). The result showed as follows that after being infected for 12 h, the activity of these two emzyme bands changed obviously, and the position of esterase bands shifted at 2 d, the phenoloxidase bands shifted at 5 d, and new enzyme systems presented. The result of phenoloxidase activity assay showed that infected by NPV, the activity reached the maximum at 1 d, reached the minimum between 2 d and 3 d,and rise again at 4 d.
