【Abstract】 In this paper, recent advances on mycotoxins produced by the isolates of Fusarium were reviewed, including the studies on the culture and condition of mycotoxins production, the relationship between pathogenicity and mycotoxins, and the methods of mycotoxins determination as well (including biological, chemical, and immunosorbent assay) . The detoxification regulations,metabolic pathways and other molecular biological researches are also reviewed.更多还原
