含氮木质素对小白菜硝酸盐含量的影响
Effect of N-lignin on Nitrate Content in Pakchoi
【摘要】 利用双氰胺(DCD)为参照物,通过田间试验研究了含氮木质素(ZAOL)对小白菜硝酸盐和维生素C含量的影响。试验结果表明,含氮木质素不仅能降低供试蔬菜的硝酸盐含量,而且能显著提高供试蔬菜的维生素C的含量,产生这一效应的作用机理主要是含氮木质素抑制了土壤硝化作用,提高作物体内硝酸还原酶(NR)活性,加速了蔬菜中氮的转化。本研究为廉价易得的含氮木质素作为农业环保材料替代昂贵的双氰胺奠定了理论基础。
【Abstract】 Usinging dicyandiamide (DCD) as reference material, field experiment was conducted to study the effect of N-lignin (ZAOL) on contents of nitrate and vitamin C in pakchoi. Results showed that N-lignin could reduce contents of nitrate in pakchoi and increase contents of vitamin C to a large degree. Primary study on the mechanism of nitrate accumulation in pakchoi was also made and indicated that N-lignin as a kind of functional material in controlling nitrate pollution in pakchoi was more economical than dicyandiamide.
