【摘要】 从土壤中分离出几株广谱杀鳞翅目昆虫的苏云金芽孢杆菌。其中杀虫效果最好的1株C-33血清型为H5,产生近方形和菱形的伴孢晶体,含有cry1Aa、cry1Ab、cry1Ac、cry1C基因,产生144 kDa和77 kDa的晶体蛋白质。毒力生物测定证明C-33对棉铃虫及甜菜夜蛾有高毒力。对该天然广谱Bt菌株C-33进行了摇瓶发酵和小试发酵试验,结果表明其发酵性能良好。通过2L全自动罐发酵试验,优化了发酵培养基和发酵条件,发酵效价达到3400～3700 IU/μ1(棉铃虫)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The natural wide-spectrum Lepidoterancidal strain of Bacillus thuringiemis, C-33, was isolated from soil in China. H-Serotype of C-33 was H5,and it contained cry1Aa, cry1Ab, cry1Ac and cry1C genes. The strain produced crystal proteins of 144 kDa and 77 kDa. Bioassay indicated that strain C-33 was highly active against Helithis armigera,Spodoptera e.rigua. This Bt strain grew prosperously in fermentation. Wide-spectrum of Bacillus thuringienxis C-33 was tested in shake flask and 2. 0 litter fermentor. Suspension emulsion of Bt insecticide had the lepidterancidal titer with 3400-3700 IU/μ1.更多还原
