不同基因型玉米根系对铝胁迫反应的差异研究
The Response of Maize Roots with Different Genotypes to Al-stress
【摘要】 采用营养液培养方法 ,研究了对酸性土壤反应不同的玉米基因型根系对铝毒胁迫反应的差异。耐铝基因型具有苏木精着色程度较低、种子根相对伸长率和TTC相对还原强度以及根系相对生物量较高的共同特点。种子根相对伸长率、苏木精染色指数及根系TTC相对还原强度与植株的耐铝性具有显著的相关性。
【Abstract】 The response of maize roots with different genotypes to Al-stress were studied by the means of nutritional cultivation. The results indicated that the Al-tolerant genotypes had lower hematoxylin dye, higher relative seminal root length (RSRL) and higher relative reducing ability of TTC than Al-sensitive genotypes. There was significant correlation between the (RSRL),hematoxylin dye index, relative reducing ability of TTC and the Al-tolerance of the plant in maize.
