【Abstract】 This paper mainly discusses the effect on postharvest fruits and vegetables of 1-MCP treatment from postharvest physiology,quality and pathology. It has been studied that 1-MCP treatment affects black ethylene action,inhibits plant respiration, postpones fruit and vegetable ripening and senescence,maintains fruits’ hardness and decreases part of pathophysiology.更多还原
