高密度硬盘介质基本磁特性参数高精度测量
High precision measure of basic magnetic property parameter of media for high-density hard disk
【摘要】 分析了影响VSM精确测量高密度硬盘介质磁基本特性参数的几个因素———仪器定标、检测线圈安装位置、锁相放大的时间常数、外加磁场的扫描周期、盘基衬底噪声和退磁场等 ,在综合考虑并消除诸因素的影响后 ,使自制高密度硬盘盘片介质的磁基本特性参数获得了较高精度 ,通过本VSM测试系统 ,得到磁记录介质的平滑磁滞回线 ,通过多次测量 ,由磁滞回线计算的磁基本特性参数相对误差小于 1 % .
【Abstract】 Some factors affecting high precision measure of basic magnetic property parameters of media for high-density hard disks by VSM were analyzed. The factors were calibration of VSM system, Coil sets, Lock-in amplifier′s time constant, external magnetic field’s scan cycle, substrate′s noise and demagnetization. After these factors taken into account, high precision measure was made. The smooth magnetic hysteresis loop was obtained by the VSM and magnetostatic parameters were evaluated by M-H loop with comparatively error less than 1*!% by many measurements.
