PMMA-TiO2复合材料作为润滑添加剂的研究
Tribological properties of PMMA-TiO2 as additives in water-based lubrication
【摘要】 通过硅烷偶联剂“桥”的作用 ,引入了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA) ,成功地制备出以无机纳米粒子TiO2为核 ,聚合物 (PMMA)为壳的复合纳米材料 .通过四球机研究了其作为水基液添加剂的摩擦学性能 ,实验结果证明 ,表面修饰的纳米粒子比未经修饰的纳米粒子具有较小的磨斑直径 ,较高的极压值 ;在高载荷下具有较好的抗磨、减磨性能 .用透射电子显微镜 (TEM )对其进行了形貌分析 ,用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM )观察了钢球磨斑表面形貌
【Abstract】 The surface of nanometer TiO2 powders was modified by silane coupling agents and treated respectively by PMMA. A novel nanocomposite with the structure of TiO2 as core and polymer as shell was prepared. The shape of the additives was viewed via Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). Tribological properties of PMMA TiO2 as additives in water based lubrication were studied by four ball machine, while wear scar of steel ball was observed by a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). It was found that modified TiO2 possesses less Wear Scanning Diameter (WSD) and higher extreme pressure value, antiwear performance especially under high load.
