杆、梁结构离散变量拓扑优化设计
Topology optimization of discrete variable for rod and beam structures
【摘要】 在考虑断面面积和拓扑两类离散变量及其耦合关系的基础上 ,建立了离散变量拓扑优化设计的数学模型 ;该模型反映了拓扑优化问题的耦合优化本质 ,有效地避免了“极限应力”和“奇解”对拓扑优化问题的困扰 ;为求解上述数学模型 ,提出了“拟机率 网格搜索法” ;用该法对包含两类变量的杆、梁结构进行了拓扑优化设计 ,收到了较好的效果
【Abstract】 A mathematical model for discrete variable topology optimum design was presented on the basis of the two types of discrete variables- range ling profile and topology and their coupled relations. The model reflected the coupling optimization essence in topology optimization matter and effectively averted the puzzle of "ultimate stress" and "singular solution" on topology optimization matter. The "Quasi probability mesh search method" was brought forward to find solutions to the mathematical model. By applying this method to the topology optimum design for rod and beam structures containing these two types of variables, better results were achieved.
