压电梯度材料薄板中切口端部场的有限元分析
Finite element analysis of crack functionally graded piezoelectric plates
【摘要】 研究了力电耦合载荷作用下 ,压电梯度材料双边切口薄板中切口前缘应力场的分布及其应力集中效应 .重点讨论了外加电场、切口张开角、切口深度以及材料梯度分布特性的变化对切口前缘应力场的影响 .计算结果表明 :在不同的外加电场作用下 ,切口张开角度、切口深度和材料的梯度变化等对切口尖端应力集中因子、切口前缘的应力分布都有一定的影响 .所得结果对压电梯度材料的抗疲劳断裂设计有参考价值
【Abstract】 The crack tip field of piezoelectric functionally gra de d plate was investigated when applied far-field electrical and mechanical loadi ngs simultaneously. The influences of applied electric field, the opening angle of the crack, the crack length, as well as the distribution of materials propert y on the stress field of crack tip were discussed. All these phenomena can be co nfirmed by finite element analysis. The obtained results are also valuable in de signs.
