【Abstract】 In the new century, in our country, the great progress in the fields of economy, society and technology has improved the surrounding of the estate a lot. Now, the estate has reached a higher level and on the same time a few new features have emerged in residence design. This article analyzes several main features by considering people’s requirements, design ideas, construction methods and administration means. In addition, some typical samples are recommended.更多还原
