【Abstract】 Entering into WTO can make Chinese economy mix together with international economic system all round,can enjoy the comparative benefit of contemporary international division of labor fully. But over a long period of time, China’s Banking and in high policy barriers, especially state-owned commercial Bank, will come under attack of foreign Capital Bank inevitably. Speeding up blazing new trails on sides of profession structure and the system of personnel placement and improving the kernel competition of state-owned commercial bank will be the only outlet.更多还原
