国企人才流失的分析与对策
Analysis of Brain Drain in State-owned Enterprises and Countermeasures
【摘要】 本文通过对我国国有企业人才流失现象的分析,试图找出导致国企人才流失的主要原因,并给出相应的对策,以缓解我国国有企业人才流失的矛盾。
【Abstract】 This article tries to find out the main causes leading to brain drain in state-owned enterprises by analyzing the phenomenon of brain drain in state-owned enterprises of China,and gives the corresponding countermeasures to relieve the contradictions of brain drain in state-owned enterprises of China.
