【摘要】 在发电侧电力市场中,抽水蓄能电厂除完成电网要求的辅助服务功能外,其本身也可以参与售电服务,对其发电成本的研究有助于指导上网价格。在抽水蓄能电厂的成本中,购电成本占有一定的比重,采取优化的购电策略对降低成本有十分重要的意义。文章中将所有参与竞价的发电厂商等值为一个虚拟发电商,用最小二乘法对各时段等值报价曲线参数估计。在此基础上,建立多个时段购电的优化模型,并用Lagrange乘子法求解模型,给出的模拟算例,说明所提出的方法是有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In generation market,both the ancillary services required by the electric grid system and the electricity can be supplied by a pumped storage plant.Studies on its generation cost are useful for aiding the price bidding.The cost for purchasing electricity is a part of the whole cost.Optimization of the asking strategy can reduce the cost.With all generation plant virtually regarded as an equivalent one,the method of least squares is used for parameter estimation.Furthermore,the optimization problem of multi-block electricity purchase is formulated and solved by langrarge relaxation.With a simulation example,the method is tested efficient.更多还原
