【Abstract】 Based on shipping, shipping companies’ competitiveness can be greatly enhanced by providing logistics including the means of shipper-centered and door-to-door service to meet the demands of customers. Many successful examples indicate that international shipping companies are inclined to turn to integrative logistics servers. This paper focuses on the application of supply chain management, “win-win” strategy and customer-centered concept on shipping industry. Combined with lots of examples, it not only discusses the obstacles to the shipping industry in China, but also provides some suggested approaches to the obstacles.更多还原
