【摘要】 目的　对与云南烟草丛顶病害病原相关的病毒粒体进行初步定性。方法　应用电子显微镜、PAGE -SDS电泳和甲醛变性电泳。结果　发现该病毒为一直径在 2 6nm左右的球状粒体 ,病毒外壳由 1种分子量在 5 5kDa左右的蛋白组成 ,病毒壳内核酸由 3种RNA组成。结论　该病毒颗粒与病害发生和病原均有着密切的关系更多还原

【Abstract】 A virus particle associated with tobacco bushy top disease inYunnan was analyzed by electromicroscopy and electrophoresis. An isometric virus particle with a diameter of 26 nm was obtained from the Aphid on infected tobacco plants. A coat protein band with a molecular weight about 55 kDa was obtained by PAGE-SDS electrophoresis, and three RNA bands were isolated from the virus particle.更多还原
