【摘要】 目的　探讨门脉高压病人十二指肠糜烂的内镜下特点。方法　分别对 1 1 0例门脉高压病人 ,1 2 0例慢性肝炎病人和 1 2 0例体检者行胃镜检查。结果　门脉高压病人组有 1 8例发现十二指肠糜烂 (1 8/ 1 1 0 ,1 6 .4 % ) ,明显高于慢性肝炎组 (2 / 1 2 0 ,1 .7% )和体检对照组 (1 / 1 2 0 ,0 .8% ) (P <0 .0 1 )。门脉高压病人十二指肠糜烂有从十二指肠上部向降部延伸的趋势 ,且降部的病变大多沿环形皱襞分布。门脉高压病人肝脏贮备功能越差、糜烂就越严重。结论　门脉高压病人十二指肠糜烂与通常所见的十二指肠炎的糜烂部位是不同的 ,十二指肠糜烂是门脉高压病人十二指肠病变之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the endoscopic features of duodenal erosions in the patients with portal hypertension. Methods The subjects were 110 patients with portal hypertension ,120 patients with chronic hepatitis as related control group, and 120 who underwent gastroscopy as part of their routine physical examination as the controls. Results Duodenal erosion was found in 18 patients with portal hypertension(18/110,16.4%),two patients with chronic hepatitis(2/120,1.7%).The incidence of duodenal erosion among the patients with portal hypertension was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.01, P<0.01,respectively).The most frequently seen form of duodenal erosion among the patients with portal hypertension extended from the superior portion to the descending portion, and tended to show a circular alignment along the Kerckring’s folds. The patients with portal hypertension with reduced hepatic reserve capacity had more duodenal erosion. Conclusions The location of duodenal erosion in patients with portal hypertension differs from that in patients with ordinary duodenitis. Duodenal erosion in patients with portal hypertension is considered to be one of the lesions of portal hypertensive duodenopathy.更多还原
