【摘要】 目的 观察顿服氯硝安定添加治疗难治性癫痫(IE)的临床效果与安全性。方法 IE 26例,以加用氯硝安定前3个月的月均发作频率为基准,与加用氯硝安定后稳定期3个月的月均发作频率进行比较,按常规计算有效率,并进行临床观察和实验室检查。原用抗癫痫药(AED)基本保持不变,以测原用AED治疗前后血药浓度,协助观察病人用药的依从性。结果 病人用药依从性好,有效率为88.4％,其中显效率为65.3％(5例未再发作)。未见特殊副反应。结论加用氯硝安定治疗IE是安全有效的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of clonazepam as add - on once - daily therapy in patients with intractable epilepsy (IE). Methods IE 26 patients , based on average frequency per month of 3 months before adding up clonazepam , comparing with average frequency per month after add - up clonazepam for 3 months ,figure out efficiency according to regular rule, and have clinical observance and laboratory monitoring. The dosage of other AEDs were maintained, the plasma concentrations of other AEDs were monitored to check the compliance of patients. Results The compliance was good and 88.4% , patients showed a reduction in AFM. 65.3 % of the patients had a significant reduction in AFM and five patients became seizure free. Special adverse effects was not found. Conclusion Add - on once - daily therapy with clonazepam is an effective and safe treatment for the patient with IE.更多还原
