【摘要】 目的　探讨对晚期胃癌或术后复发的、已不适合手术切除的胃癌患者进行治疗时需应用的有效药物。 方法　选择胃癌晚期或术后复发患者 2 0 0例分组对比 ,观察组用化疗药物加香菇多糖 ,对照组单纯用化疗药物 ,进行比较观察。化疗期间对部分免疫指标检验观察。 结果　 加用香菇多糖的观察组 110例病人缓解率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中完全缓解 2 5例 ,部分缓解 4 4例。患者的部分免疫指标也有明显提高。 结论　香菇多糖能提高对胃癌化疗的疗效 ,能提高患者的部分细胞免疫功能 ,是治疗晚期胃癌的理想辅助药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective drug for treating late stomach cancer of recurrent and unfitful for operation.Methods Choose 200 cases of late cancer or post operation recurrence and divide them into two grougs.Observation group was given chemotherapy and Lentinan,control group was given simply chemotherapy drugs.Partial immunity index during chemotherapy was observed.Results The remmission rate of treatment group (with Lentinan)110 cases is obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).among them complete remission 25 cases,partial remission 44 cases,part of immunity index was obviously increased.Conclusions Lentinan can increase the effect of chemotherapy on stomach cancer and enhance partial cell immunity function,so it is an ideal drug for late stomach cancer.更多还原
