【摘要】 目的　探讨膨胀期白内障继发青光眼的治疗方法及疗效观察。 方法　 采用白内障二联及三联手术方法。 结果　术后矫正视力 0 8以上 3例 ,小于 0 8大于 0 5者 11例 ,小于等于 0 5而大于 0 3者 8例小于 0 3者 5例。 7例术后 2个月后发现晶体后囊浑浊 ,2例视力低下 0 1者做了激光治疗 ,眼压最高值2 0 5 5mmHg ,最低 14 5 7mmHg ,平均眼压 16 4 4mmHg。 结论　 房角开放 1/2以上可实施囊外联合人工晶体植入术 ,反之采用三联术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective explore effect observation and operation method of distension cataract secondary glaucoma.Methods adopt cataract combimation method Ⅱ and Ⅲ operation.Results 3 cases corrected sight is above 0.8, 11 cases between 0.8 and 0.5;8 cases between 0.5～0.3;5 cases under 0.3;After 2 months,7 cases were found turbidity of lens postsac,2 cases under 0.1 were given laser treatment,eye pressure maximum 20.55 mmHg, minimum 14.57 mmHg,average 16.44 mmHg.Conclusion cornia with open1/2 should be given combination method Ⅱ,other wise combination method Ⅲ.更多还原
