【摘要】 目的　 探讨血液分析仪对血小板异常增多患者的白细胞计数失误的关系。 方法　 采用瑞典产medonic -CA6 2 0白细胞分析仪 ,采手指血 ,预先稀释后计数。手工计数与自动分析仪计数进行比较。 结果　血小板异常增多患者 84例与对照组 4 0例作二种方法比较 ,经统计学处理 ,有明显区别。 结论　 当白细胞 ,红细胞及血小板明显升高或降低 ,白细胞分类出现异常时要应用显微镜复查染血片或镜下白细胞分类进行对照。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation of blood analyzer and mistake count of W.B.C in patient with platelet abnormal incretion.Methods use Sweden-made Medonic-CA620 W.B.C Analyzer fake blood trom finger, make Counts after dilution, Compare the artificial count with that of the autoanalyzer.Results compared 84 cases with platelet abnormal incretion with control group 40 cases through statistical processing there’s obvious difference.Conclusion When W.B.C, R.B.C and platelet obviously increaes or decrease and W.B.C classification appeared abnormal we should use microscope to check the blood-stain chip or W.B.C classification.更多还原
