【摘要】 目的　观察改良Madigan前列腺切除术的临床效果。 方法　采用改良Madigan前列腺切除术治疗良性前列腺增生 4 2例。 结果　 手术时间平均 83min ,无尿失禁、尿道狭窄及膀胱痉挛等并发症。 结论　改良Madigan前列腺切除术治疗良性前列腺增生效果好、并发症少 ,此手术不需特殊设备 ,适合基层医院开展。更多还原
