【摘要】 目的　对强心剂、利尿剂、血管扩张剂难以治疗的晚期慢性充血性心力衰竭进行联机血液透析以缓解症状并进行临床观察。 方法　 使用费森尤斯 4 0 0 8-B血透机 ,每次超滤 2～ 5kg ,每位患者透析 3～ 2 0次不等。 结果　全身浮肿消退 ,胸腹水减少 ,两肺罗音消失、能平卧 ,治疗前后比较EF、FS明显改善 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　联机血液透析滤过能清除体内大量多余水份和代谢废物 ,使血浆蛋白浓度增高 ,外周组织水份进入血管 ,从而清除水份 ,改善心功能。对晚期药物难以控制的慢性充血性心力衰竭是很好的治疗方法 ,值得临床采用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of combined machine blood dialysis on late chronic congestive heart failure which could not be treated by cardiotonic,diuretic,angio dilator.Methods use Feisenus 4008-B blood dialyser every time filtration 2～5kg,every patient was given 3～20 times. Results the whole body edema disappeared,hydrothorax and ascities lessed,the rales of two lungs disappeared,able to lie horizontally.Compared before and after treatment,EF、FS was improved obviously.P<0.05。Conclusion this method can remove the abundant superfluous water inside the body,so to increase the density of plasma protein,the peripheral tissue water entered into blood vessel,so to remove the water and inprove the heart function.This is a good method to treat late chronic congestive heart failure which is hard to be controled by medicine.更多还原
