【摘要】 目的　探讨干扰素治疗复发性口疮的临床分析。 方法　 将干扰素口含片置于舌下 ,由唾液完全溶解后咽下的方法进行治疗。 结果　服药 7d之内愈合率 76 %及一年内总有效率 6 2 8%。 结论　该效果与干扰素调整机体免疫功能 ,防止病毒复制的作用有关 ,远期疗效有待进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to evaluate the clinical anslysis of interferon tablet treating the palindromic aphtha.Methods put the buccal interferon tablet under glottis,treating by salive dissolution swollowing.Results curative rate is 76% after 7 days and total effective rate 62.8% in one year.Conclusion this result in relation with interferon adjusting immunity to prevent copy of virus.The long term effect demand farthur observation.更多还原
