【摘要】 目的　探讨采用缓和牵引、局麻下穿入导针、经皮加压螺纹钉内固定等微侵入的手术方法治疗股骨颈骨折的效果。 方法　对股骨颈骨折的 49例患者采用缓和牵引、局麻下穿入导针、经皮加压螺纹钉内固定等微侵入手术方法治疗。 结果　随访 47例 ,总体治愈率为 89 4 %。 结论　该方法治疗股骨颈新鲜骨折行之有效 ,经济实惠 ,各年龄段的患者均易接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive surgery on transcervical femur fracture by conducting mild traction,guide pin under local anesthesia,percutaneous pressure,and helicoscrew fixing.Methods 49 cases of transcervical femur fracture were operated by minimally invasive surgery,including mild traction,guide pin under local anesthesia,percutaneous pressure,and helicoscrew fixing.Results After surgery,47 cases were followed up and the total recovery rate was 89.4%.Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery on new transcervical femur fracture is cheap,practical,and can be accepted by all age group people.更多还原
