【摘要】 目的　介绍临床治疗手部皮肤不完全脱套伤的实践经验。 方法　 总结自 1990年以来 2 8例手部皮肤不完全脱套伤利用原位缝合、脱套皮肤修薄回植、原位缝合延期修复及皮瓣转移修复等四种不同方法治疗的效果。 结果　2 5例随访 6～ 12个月 ,手外形恢复满意 ,按TAM法评定 ,功能恢复优良者 2 4例 ,占 96 %。 结论　手部皮肤脱套伤应根据损伤程度选择治疗方法 ,对于血循环不佳的撕脱皮肤或有挤压和碾挫痕迹的撕脱皮肤 ,清创时应积极予以去除 ,以提高手术的成功率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the clinical experience treating hand skin glove incomplete anulsion.Methods Since 1990,28 patients with hand skin glove incomplete avulsion were repaired by four different methods,5 cases for original suture,8 cases for deglove skin reattached after it was thinned,5 cases for delayed repair,10 cases for flap transfer.Results 25 cases were follow-up 0.5～1 year.The hand contour is satisfactory.According to TAM standard,the functional recovery was good in 24 cases(96%).Conclusion The hand skin glove incomplete avulsion should be treated according to injured degree.If the incompletely avulsed skin showed sign of being compressed and squeezed,or the incompletely avulsed skin had uncertain circulatory status,active attitude should be given to debridement incomplete removal of the avulsed skin in order to improve the successful rate.更多还原
