【摘要】 目的　探讨唇裂修复术中保留更多上唇组织、不采用上颌组织潜行分离的术式 ,从而避免影响上颌骨的正常发育。方法　在Tennison修复法中应用皮肤及粘膜改良式切口 ,修复完全性单侧唇侧。结果　 4 5例患儿均能在无张力下缝合 ,伤口愈合良好 ,无复裂。结论　采用该方法进行完全性单侧唇裂修复 ,无需行上颌组织潜行分离 ,也可获得满意的无张力下缝合 ,不发生复裂更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To decrease the influence of the maxillary growth after improvement incision in Tennison lip repair,and to keep more lip tissues.Methods In Tennison-single completely hare lip-repair,the improvement incision was used,the separation in the maxillary tissue was not used.Results 45 cases could suture without tension and the wound healing was good.Conclusion the improvement way of single completely hare lip-repair was effective.更多还原
