【摘要】 目的　总结Lichtenstein(网片无张力修补术 )修补术修补腹股沟疝的经验。方法　应用聚丙烯网片修补术 (Lichten stein) ,为 48例各型成人腹股沟疝修补。结果　术后切口疼痛减轻 ,无切口感染及排异反应。结论　Lichtenstein法是修补成人腹股沟疝的有效方法 ,术后恢复快 ,痛苦小 ,复发率低。更多还原
