【摘要】 目的　观察路路通治疗糖尿病高脂及高粘血症的临床效果。方法　 42例糖尿病合并高脂及高粘血症患者随机分组对照观察 ,路路通治疗组 2 2例给予路路通注射液 1 0g溶于低分子右旋糖酐注射液 5 0 0ml中静点 ,每日 1次 ,共 4周 ;对照组 2 0例降血糖等基本治疗与路路通组相同 ,另外只给予低分子右旋糖酐注射液 5 0 0ml静点 ,每日 1次 ,共 4周。结果　路路通组降血脂的总有效率为 80 % ,而对照组则无明显改善 ,差异显著 ,P <0 0 5。对高粘血症的有效率也显著高于对照组 ,P <0 0 5。结论　路路通对糖尿病高脂及高粘血症有良好疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of injection Lulutong on diabetic hyperlipemia and blood hyperviscosity.Methods 42 type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipemia and blood hyperviscosity were involved in a randomized control clinical trial.22 cases were treated with Inj Lulutong 1.0g solved in 500ml Inj dextra low molecular intravenously everyday for 4 weeks.20 cases treated with the same basic hypoglycemic therapy as the Lulutong group except 500ml Inj dextra low molecular intravenously everyday for 4 weeks as control.Results The effective rate of diabetic hyperlipemia was 82% in Lulutong group,which were increased obviously compared with the control,P<0.05;Diabetic blood hyperviscosity was also improved significanly compared with the control,P<0.05.Conclusion Inj Lulutong could give good effects on diabetic hyperlipemia and blood hyperviscosity.更多还原
