扇贝边酶解液超过滤前处理方法研究
Studies on Prepreparation of Scallop Skirt Hydrolysates Before Ultrafiltration Separation
【摘要】 研究絮凝剂添加量、絮凝温度、搅拌时间、搅拌速度等因素对扇贝边酶解液絮凝效果的影响,并对絮凝前后的酶解液超滤膜分离效率进行了比较。
【Abstract】 A various of factors affecting the flocculation effect of scallop skirt hydrolysates by using concentration, temperature, stirring time, stirring speed testing respectively were investigated, and the effect of ultrafiltration separation of the hydrolysates was compared between flocculated solution and original solution.
