特殊的航天食品:微生态保健食品
Special Space Food:Microecological Health Food.
【摘要】 肠道菌群与人体健康密切相关 ,本文介绍了航天员肠道菌群的变化及其危害 ,并阐述了微生态保健食品在载人航天中的应用。
【Abstract】 Intestinal microflora and its balance have a specific effect on human health. This paper described the changes in astronauts′ intestinal microflora and its adverse effects on human health, as well as the application of microecological health food in the area of manned spaceflight.
