用臭氧氧化对硝基甲苯制备对硝基苯甲酸
Preparation of P-Nitrobenzenec Acid from P-Nitrobenzen by Oxidizing with Ozone
【摘要】 以冰醋酸为溶剂,醋酸钴 溴化钾作为复合催化剂,在常压下用臭氧 空气混合气体氧化对硝基甲苯制得了对硝基苯甲酸.反应温度为 95℃,反应时间 4~ 5h,气体流量为 30L/h,臭氧体积分数为 1.0 %,催化剂质量分数 7.1 %,底物对硝基甲苯质量分数为 1 2 %.母液可循环使用,对硝基苯甲酸总收率为 93 %.
【Abstract】 The p-Nitrobenzonic acid is produced from p-Nitrobenzone by oxidizing with the mingled gas with ozone-air when glacial acetic acid is used as solvent and cobalt nitratepotash bromide as catalytic promoter. Under reaction conditions: 95 ℃ , reaction time 4~5?h, air flow 30?L/h , ozone volume fraction 1.0%, the quality fraction of catalytic promoter 7.1?%, quality fraction of P-Nitrobenzon 12?%.The liquid can be in circulation of usage, the general yielding of P-Nitrobenzonic acid will be 93?%.
