【Abstract】 Genetic libraries of 18S rRNA genes of eukaryotic micro and picoplankton from Nansha Islands were constructed by the molecular biological method in the paper. The genetic diversity of the libraries was screened by restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis and genetic sequencing. The results revealed the remarkable genetic diversity of eukaryotic micro and picoplankton from Nansha Islands, and there are an abundance of uncultured, unknown species in this oceanic region.更多还原
