【Abstract】 In this report,cell pathology of cultured large yellow croakers infected by vibrios was studied. The results showed that Vibrio alginolyticus caused cell necrosis in liver ,kidney and spleen of cultured large yellow croakers . The pathological changes of cells appeared as follows:rough endoplasmic reticulum dilated,mitochondria swelled,its cristae was destroyed ,lysosomes increased and nuclei was deformed.
